• You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
• No cancellation fee will be applied within this period


Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a charge
• The applicable fee will depend on the service type and booking details


No-Show Policy

A booking will be considered a no-show if:

• The passenger is not present at the agreed pickup location
• The driver is unable to contact the customer
• The waiting time exceeds the agreed grace period

In such cases, the full booking amount may be charged


Changes to Bookings

• You may request changes to your booking at any time
• Changes are subject to availability
• Price adjustments may apply depending on the modification


Flight Delays and Special Cases

• For airport pickups, we monitor flight schedules when details are provided
• Reasonable delays will be accommodated without penalty
• Extended waiting time beyond a reasonable limit may incur additional charges


Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider


Service Provider Cancellations

In rare cases where Vancouver Best Limo must cancel a booking:

• You will be notified immediately
• A full refund will be provided or an alternative arrangement offered
